Horrible. May be the models Issue. The threads were incredibly hard to fit to each other and broke when I put force. This is NOT compatible with the normal threads.

Good print, but why is the thread flat on one side?

It's the easiest way to print a threaded part without supports. You don't need 100% of the thread to engage. It reduces the pullout strength slightly but not so much as to be noticeable. The other way is to print a threaded part standing up but you need to be careful there as now the layer adhesion becomes the primary failure point and when tightened, the screw would have the propensity to snap. added layer lights and denser infill can help but when FDM printing, this is likely a fail point. Are you using ASA (or ABS). If so, it has better layer adhesion and strength properties and might be better than if you are trying to print this out of PLA
