A set of petal-shaped clips that can be magnetically attached to a refrigerator
Instructions:
1 Tests were conducted using a P1SC (with heat sink riser) and Bambu Lab PLA Basic, with an ambient temperature around 23 degrees Celsius. Tolerance and overhang were perfect, and installation was effortless. The final version used an A1 mini and other brands' PLA Matte filament, without an enclosure, at a room temperature of approximately 23 degrees Celsius. The overhang parts of the finished product required trimming, and installation was more difficult. Therefore, the flexible structure was scaled down to 98% for easier installation. This is for reference. Considering that the flexible structure is a fragile part, it is designed to be replaceable, so it was not permanently glued

2 The flexible structure defaults to 15% infill. The clip is already quite hard to squeeze. Of course, 100% infill would greatly improve durability, but it would make the clip even harder to squeeze. If using 100% infill, it is recommended to scale down the flexible structure to 97%

3 After the flexible structure is printed, please wait for it to completely cool before installation. If installed immediately after printing, it will deform after a few squeezes and not return to its original shape
4 To ensure the clamping force of the clip's tip, the flexible structure has been designed with an angle. Tools such as a screwdriver may be needed for installation

5 To accommodate different printing equipment and environments, all models have skirts added. Those confident in their build plate adhesion can cancel it

6 To ensure printing quality, overhang and bridging speeds have been reduced. During test prints, good results were also achieved without speed reduction. This may vary depending on the equipment, so you can choose freely
7 Only PLA Basic and PLA Matte filaments have been used for printing. Please test other types of filament yourself
8 Use 10mm*3mm magnets. Tolerance is reserved, and glue is needed to secure them. The magnet position uses a negative part, allowing you to modify the size to fit your magnets
