Final Fantasy 7 (FFVII) PC 120mm Fan Grills/Covers

These are Final Fantasy VII character fan grills designed for standard 120mm PC fans (modelled specifically around the Corsair RS120mm). The current set includes Cloud, Aerith, Tifa, Yuffie, Sephiroth, and Barret, with more characters possibly added in the future.

I created the artwork in Adobe Illustrator and imported it into Bambu Studio for slicing and editing. Each grill measures 120 × 120 × 1.5mm. On my P1S, I prefer the textured stock bed finish, but if you’d rather have a smooth look, you can either use a smooth plate or flip the design before printing.

My goal was to make these slim and clean, unlike most bulky fan grills I came across. They’re thin enough to look sleek but sturdy enough not to wobble when the fans run. Barrett’s design is a bit of an experiment — since he’s a big boy, it may restrict airflow more than the others.

The inspiration came partly from a Final Fantasy VII PC build I saw on Reddit, where someone had used similar-themed grills. Since I couldn’t find any files, I decided to design my own, shaping the frame to match the rounded profile of the fan housing instead of a plain square frame, so it blends in more naturally.

The grills can be mounted with the standard self-tapping fan screws that come with most PC fans.
