1" dimple die with .25 radi

After creating a 1" hole in your metal use this die in a press or vice to create a .25" radi in the hole. 

this adds ridigit to the material and creates a more finished look, Ive made the ends hexagonal so you can use

pliers or a wrench to easily seperate them. There is a small hole in the receiving die to all air to escape or lube

if you've sprayed it down.

You print in any infill% you like, I print in 80% and have good luck on various thickness aluminum.
