Description

Welcome to Heavy Icons – The Weight of Fame.

Boost Me (for free)

If you like my work and this series, feel free to give me a boost. It’s free for you, but it means a whole lot to me and gives me the motivation I need to create more Heavy Icons.

The model uploaded here is a Heavy Icon inspired by a Kratos from God of War.

This is one Heavy Icon in a series of more Heavy Icons that will be released in the coming weeks and months. I draw inspiration from all kinds of sources, including movies, television, and video games.

If you have any wishes or suggestions for which character could inspire another Heavy Icon, feel free to share them in the comments. I’m really looking forward to your ideas. Feel free to check out my profile for more models.

Print Recommendation:

I recommend printing this Heavy Icon with a layer height of 0.12 mm, and from the Eyes upward with a layer height of 0.08 mm. The variable layer height is already set in the 3MF file.

The axe is printed separately with a layer height of 0.12 mm and then attached to the figure with superglue. The reason for this is that printing the axe separately gives it more stability and prevents warping during the print.

If you don’t want to paint this Heavy Icon, I recommend printing it in bone white, as I personally find bone white to be a very beautiful filament color that doesn’t need any additional painting.

Have fun printing and enjoying your Heavy Icon.
