Stay cool anywhere with this stylish and functional 3D printed folding hand fan.

Perfect for hot summer days, festivals, or just a quick breeze at your desk.

✨ Features

- Multi-part design – easy to print, easy to replace parts

- Smooth folding – thanks to the pivot mechanism

- Pocket-sized – folds down for easy transport

- Customisable – choose your own colours and materials

🛠 Parts List

- 10 × Middle Blades – the main fan elements

- 1 × Base Piece – holds the screw thread and serves as the pivot bottom

- 1 × Top Piece – covers the pivot on the top side

- 1 × Screw – secures all parts together

🔧 Assembly Instructions

1. Prepare all parts – Make sure all pieces are printed and free of stringing.

2. Stack the blades – Place the base at the bottom, then stack all 10 middle blades on top, aligning the pivot holes.

3. Add the top piece – Position it above the stack, keeping all holes aligned.

4. Insert the screw – Thread it through the top piece, blades, and into the base.

5. Tighten carefully – The blades should move smoothly but stay securely in place.

6. Cool yourself down – Fan it out and enjoy a refreshing breeze wherever you are.

💡 Printing Tips

- Layer Height: 0.2 mm for a balance of speed and detail

- Material: PLA for light weight, PETG for more durability and heat resistance

- No supports needed – all parts are flat and print-friendly
