Description

Easy to use parametric network switch shelf for 10" server racks. It uses 1U space in your rack and fits any type of network switch.

You can choose vented shelf which has honeycomb pattern cutout for better airflow in the rack or solid shelf with no cutouts. Just choose proper plate or proper step/f3d file.

Switch is locked in place with dedicated bracket that uses M4 Screw (min. length 12mm) + M4 Nut

Provided 3mf project file is shelf dedicated for TP-Link TL-SG108E switch. If you want to generate files for your own switch, you need to download f3d files and change parameters.

How to change the parameters

Check dimensions of your switch:

  • Width (Front panel width in mm)
  • Height (Front panel height in mm)
  • Depth (Front to Back distance in mm)

For example, you can check dimensions of TP-Link TL-SG108E switch on the offical website:

Parameters (Fusion 360 - Modify → Change parameters):

Optional parameter FitTolerance is designed to make the front shelf opening bigger or smaller. Depends what you want. If you set it to 0.2mm there will be additional 0.2mm gap in the opening from all sides.

After changing parameters you can export objects for slicing.

For printing I've used Sunlu PETG with Gyroid infill. No supports.
