Description
Here is a two part silicone mold I designed for a thermo fisher benchtop vortex mixer top, it also fits a few other vortex mixers. Printed in PLA on a Bambu A1.
Materials:
4 x 3mm screws
Silicone Mold Release spray
2-part silicone 20A hardness
Instructions:
Print top & bottom
Spray mold with mold-release spray
mix silicone (model needs about 40-60g total) per instructions and degas (if possible)
Add silicone to mold bottom
fasten top to bottom with 4 x 3mm screws and let cure per silicone instructions.
