Protective shell for Merlin story box

Unfortunately, the box in question did not withstand the brutal fall from a bunk bed...

A bit of elbow grease to remove the print supports,

four wood screws and some double-sided tape strips will do the trick.

• wood screws (x4)

length: 20 to 35mm

screw head diameter: ~7mm

• some double-sided tape strips (x4)

   

  thickness: 2mm,

  width ~5mm (cut with scissors)

  length: to be adjusted as needed

  to be glued to the back of the shell to secure the box.

The model was printed in PLA.

Hopefully, this will be useful and put your little ones' favorite item back in action for a few more years.
