Thanks for including the f3d file, I was easily able to modify your design to fit a round cable with ziptie cord grip. The modification also helps if you have smaller gauge wire, the ziptie can add some strain relief and cord grip action. Your drawing was very organized and easy to follow. I'll boost as soon as I get some. This clamshell works great for situations where you can't fit shrink tube over the wires.
