Replacement Case for MI True Wireless Earbuds
My original case broke, so I decided to design a replacement. I recommend printing this in PETG for better durability. For the hinge pin, just use a small piece of filament – a pair of needle-nose pliers makes it easier to insert.
The design was made to minimise the use of supports. There’s a hole in the lid for the magnet from the original case. In my print, the fit was so snug that I didn’t even need glue.
When removing the inner components from the original case, be careful – the battery is glued. With some patience, start from the side opposite the wires using a small flathead screwdriver and apply gentle pressure. It should come off without any issues.
