The 3D-printed exhaust adapter for the xTool M1 Ultra is a specialized solution to guide the exhaust hose through the gap of a tilted window.

The adapter converts the round connection of the exhaust hose into a flat, slit-shaped outlet. This allows for easy and tight installation in the narrow gap of a tilted window.
The model is specifically designed for the xTool M1 Ultra, but may also fit other laser or 3D printers with a corresponding hose diameter.
It helps to efficiently direct the fumes and particles generated during laser processing outside, without having to open the window completely. This is particularly useful for maintaining room temperature and avoiding drafts.

Note on usage: The adapter was developed for a gap of at least 3 cm width. It is recommended to print the model in materials such as PETG, ASA, or ABS, which are more heat-resistant than PLA, as the exhaust air can get warm.
