Spiral Lift for an Endless Rollercoaster

Hey all! This is the Spiral Lift add-on for the FilaCoaster. Using the gearbox from the Bambu Lab Marble Run kit, you can create this simple machine that brings your marbles back to the beginning of yoru FilaCoaster for an endless ride!

For the parts and instructions on how to build the main coaster, check out the FilaCoaster model page. This model page has all the components to pritn out the Spiral Lift add-on.

The provided profiles have the exact number of parts you'll need to print to assemble the Spiral Lift, it's very simple to assemble and screws into the FilaCoaster base board. Everything works and prints great in PLA, no PETG required for the Spiral Lift machine.

Works great. I extended the spiral lift to be taller so I could get the ball to do a loop.

trying to print the spiral and get to 92 percent then pops off bed. what can i do to get it to stay. Any suggestions.

Sounds like a bed adhesion issue, I would recommend putting glue on the plate, increasing the plate temperature by 5-10 C, or adding a brim to the spiral

Try everything suggested above by @KitCrafters but I had similar issues when trying to print an extended spiral. try setting the print speed to 50% once you're about half way through the print.

Great idea, not perfect but good fun print, be aware that this is difficult to get to work and will hurt your brain trying to get it to flow without marbles flying everywhere lol. However totally worth it.
