Double-Flared ear Plug

I lost my plugs the other day and quickly modeled a minimal version myself. Printed in matte black PLA on a Bambu, but you can of course use whatever filament you like.

The base model is 16 mm.
If you want to scale it, adjust X and Y with these factors (Z = thickness, recommended ~10 mm, but that’s up to you):

• 10 mm → 62.5 %
• 12 mm → 75 %
• 14 mm → 87.5 %
• 18 mm → 112.5 %
• 20 mm → 125 %

That’s it – super simple, quick print, and easy to adjust.
