How to put it together:

Important:

  • Print the Lock in PETG for proper flexibility. All other parts can be printed in PLA.

  • HexBits should slide in/out smoothly – never force them out.

  • DO NOT overtighten screws – stop once you feel initial resistance.

  • Install the blade as far back as possible to prevent collisions inside the body.

Help me improve ZeroBlade!

This is only Version 1 – a foundation for better iterations.
If you have ideas or suggestions to make this into the ultimate 3D-printed multitool, share your feedback in the comments or reach out directly on Makerworld!

Until then:

Have fun using ZeroBlade!
