Description

REMIX ME is open to all -– e.g., though I've never had this fail, a higher structural integrity version would be one that's printed horizontally and not vertically – super simple to click a single button and lay it on the plate!

WARNING (strictly to cover my butt legally): I am not responsible, cannot be held liable, nor at fault for any injuries caused by using this model for its intended purpose and/or for its unintended purpose.

Boost Me (for free)

To make me stronger!  I'll return the favor with a boost (any/every model - good, bad, ugly... don't care) to make you stronger!

~~~~~~
DESCRIPTION:
Strengthen those forearms with my personal forearm and wrist roller created because nothing available was simplistic & effective – ideal dimensions for building forearm muscles, grip strength, & wrist strength.
~~~~~~

DESIGN BENEFITS:

Other models are likely over-complicated/modeled with added "cutesy" additions (keep "cord" centered as example) that really aren't necessary.  If you need “cutesy” additions, then work on correcting your form (I'm right there with you!) and/or you're using too much weight.  Another simple example that other models predominately have is improper bar diameter (smaller) than ideal – this 3D print mimics diameter optimal for targeting those forearm muscles as they should.

Assembly (pretty self-explanatory with a suggestion): grab some rope/strap/etc. ("cord"); knot a loop in your "cord" on both ends; attach one end to the roller ring; attach other end to weighted object.  Consider using a carabiner (or similar) for attaching your weight.

Paracord ("rope") suggestion (or similar):

Carabiner (swivels) suggestion (or similar swivel type):

Uses include:

  • at home (use it occasionally when you're being a couch potato perhaps)
  • at work (use it occasionally as a stress reliever instead of a stress ball)
  • at gym (on days of biceps & triceps when your gym doesn't have a forearm roller)
  • in the car (when your vehicle isn't moving) with a band strapped to the barbell and passenger side door handle (I'd laugh at a picture of this use case)
  • with a gallon (or 10) of water, a workout band, or anything you choose

Specifications:

  • 45mm / 1.77" barbell grip diameter
  • 244mm / 9.6" barbell grip length
  • fuzzy skin (for sweaty hands)

~~~~~~
... and if you like this I wouldn't say no to a **BOOST**.  This is my first real model I've posted that I personally use (remains at work on my desk; and I also bring it to the gym at work) -- I'm proud of this because I use it frequently.
… now go out and get you some!  Whether you print or not, THANK YOU for looking!
