Montessori Helical Ball Run with Interchangeable Ball Stoppers
This single-piece 3D-printable Montessori Helical Ball Run offers a fun and engaging way for children to explore motion and cause-effect. The ball is placed at the top and held in position until gently pushed. Once released, it spirals down to the lower tray in a smooth, satisfying run.
The base part design is suitable for 40mm ball which is exact size for ping-pong ball.
The top section features a modular “Ball Stopper” system, allowing you to swap between different stopper sizes (35 mm, 38 mm, and 40 mm) for various ball diameters. You can also choose an open version that sends the ball directly down without stopping. Simply print one base piece and then print the desired stopper module to match your setup.
Perfect for hands-on play, fine motor development, and introducing basic physics, this design is optimized for easy printing and assembly — no supports required.
