I'd like to introduce my latest creation, the Cryo-Grip, an ice cream holder I engineered to elevate my dessert experience. The design process for this futuristic holder was a journey of taste-testing and research. I started by using a variety of popular ice cream brands to ensure a universal fit. My initial inspiration came from Tillamook and a half-gallon of Blue Bell. I'm a big fan of Blue Bell, and I honestly think Cookie 2 Step is the second-best flavor, with the classic Pecan Praline obviously being the first. Early on, I was ambitious and designed the holder to fit both half-gallon and pint containers. However, I found that this multi-purpose design resulted in a very long print time. I decided a streamlined version, optimized specifically for pints, was a more practical approach. This refined design significantly reduced print time without sacrificing any functionality. The result is a holder that I believe will work perfectly for most standard pint-sized containers. I intentionally gave it a futuristic aesthetic, with clean lines and a modern feel. My goal was to create a piece that feels both functional and visually appealing in the kitchen. The handles were designed for a secure, comfortable grip. This allows me to enjoy my ice cream without the discomfort of a frozen container. It's the perfect accessory for a long movie night. It keeps my hands warm while my ice cream stays perfectly chilled. I think this holder is more than just an accessory. It's a solution born from my passion for delicious ice cream and 3D printing. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
Tip: If any ice cream gets on your Cryo-Grip get a wet towel and wash it off. You can also hold it from either the out side or the inside of the handle see pictures.
