Tiny SnapFit Connector - Strong & Reusable

I couldn’t find a tiny snap-fit connector that actually worked for small parts, so I made my own.  Not a lot of love for small snap fits, so hopefully this helps.

This tiny model:

• Uses less than 2 grams of filament
• Fits in under 10 mm of space and 6 mm of depth
• Holds tight yet releases without breaking
• Perfect for connecting small printed components without glue or hardware
• Slots in well as an M3 bolt replacement for light-duty applications

Included in the download (click on download STL/CAD option):

1. Male Snap Part – ready to drop directly into your design.
2. Female Mold Cutout – use to cut the matching female slot from an existing part.

No additional offsets are needed – the fit is already dialed in for printing.  A quick test print is included to check fit before incorporating it into your project.

Released free and without restrictions – remix it, resize it, or integrate it into your own designs.
