Description

Flip up peep sights for 119 grain 9mm Parabellum out of a 16 inch barrel. at a 10 inch sight radius the they are zeroed at 50 yards and the second range is for 200 yards. Adjust sight radius to account for height inaccuracy. V1 has not been tested yet but based off the math it should work.  Requires 1.75mm filament to be used as a axle and hinge. Also requires m5 bolt and nut to secure on rail

Directions for assembly:
1. After print remove all supports and shave hinge on base to allow alignment of axle holes

2. insert filament into axle holes on the base, snip off excess filament (leave 4mm on both side) and use a lighter to melt both ends to create a bulge. (stops the filament from falling out)

3. apply glue on end of spring (near the curved part) and insert into rear base

4. Insert peep sight from top applying pressure on spring (remember to have the numbers facing the towards the back aka viewer)

5. lock peep sight in place by inserting filament on the top of rear base and follow end of step 2

The peep sight should have tension applied on it so that you can pick the 50 yard or 200 yard adjustment.

If you have any questions feel free to reach out this is my first uploaded CAD project and I am looking to improve this design.

Have Fun
