Advanced Multicolor Ruler with Slider 12ft/30cm

NOTE: Please wait until both pieces are fully cooled to take off the build plate, otherwise they will warp!

This helpful ruler features a print-in-place slider to aid in measuring things easily and accurately. It prints in two pieces (ruler + slider and back plate). I recommend manually switching the filament color at layer 25  to a high contrast color so that the markings and numbers are clear and visible. Printing the back plate in another color also adds a cool effect. The back plate snaps into place with loose tolerances to allow glue to flow between if you decide to (recommended).

Assembly:

• Put a drop or two of super glue or epoxy into the holes of the ruler for a more permanent bond.
• Snap the back plate into the bottom of the ruler piece.
• If you choose to glue the pieces, use a weight or clamp the pieces together and wait a few hours for the glue to set. This prevents warping.
