Air Filter Box Cover for Yamaha V-Star 1100 (1998–2008)
Many V-Star 1100 owners upgrade to aftermarket intake kits, relocating the air filters beneath the fuel tank while leaving the factory air box in place for aesthetics. This 3D-printed cover replaces the original air filter lid with a sleek, low-profile plate that can be customized with your own graphics or logos. The include print profile is a blank cover plate. The pictures include a printed graphic as an example of how you might customize with your own image.
The cover mounts using the factory screws and is designed for use only when the factory air filter and air box are no longer functional parts of the intake system. Do not use this cover if you're still running the stock air filter setup, as it will not fit over the stock filter.
For best results, print in PETG or another heat-resistant material. While the cover sits relatively close to the engine, it does not experience excessive heat under normal conditions.
