This model is AMS-friendly, but not required — single-color printers can still get great results by adding manual filament changes at specific layer heights (check info bellow).
The Model is 200x200mm in size
Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.24mm
You may print at higher layer heights below the Base Thickness of 0.72mm
The Max allowed Thickness is 2.48mm and the Actual Thickness is 2.48mm
3mf file contain modified configuration with extra thick layers to base 0.72mm height. feel free to adjust it if needed. With these modifications set color change based on mm rather than layers.

#000000 PLA BambuLab Matte Charcoal Transmission Distance: 0.6
#4c5f71 PLA BambuLab Basic Blue Gray Transmission Distance: 3
#9b9ea0 PLA BambuLab Matte Ash Gray Transmission Distance: 1.5
#ffffff PLA BambuLab Matte Ivory White Transmission Distance: 3.5
This print uses 4 unique filaments
Swap Instructions:
Start with Charcoal
At layer #10 (0.96mm) swap to Blue Gray
At layer #15 (1.36mm) swap to Ash Gray
At layer #22 (1.92mm) swap to Ivory White for the rest.
It may depend on your printer, but I used a temperature reduction for the first layer for my print (which is not included into 3mf): nozzle 210 and printbed 55 because of Matte PLA, to reduce the strength of adhesion.
you can resize the print, but do not change Z axis size
