Description

Attach this to the top of any standard mason jar, and then enjoy sliding multiple coins down the ramp - watching as they accelerate towards the apex of the vortex.

Printing Notes:

This is an easy print that requires no supports. The STLs are oriented the way they should be placed on the print bed, and I'm also attaching convenient print profiles. For some extra fun, attach two or three slides and then try and start multiple coins concurrently!

Assembly Notes:

To attach the slide you'll want to get the “Slide Mount” part slightly started on the back of the “Slide” piece first, before you attach it to the funnel (see related pictures below). It's designed with just a small amount of tolerance so that it will hold tightly, and therefore may require a slight tap from a hammer to first get it started (although for me it easily slid on). After you have it started then place the slide onto the funnel, and finally push the slide mount the rest of the way to secure it on the funnel.
