Description

Battery holder for the Sony NP-BX1 battery as used on the RX100 cameras and others.

I looked for a solution on Makerworld and elsewhere for a 4 slot battery holder. Something I could keep my batteries sorted and could always grab the oldest one first and the latest charged one last. I didn't find one so I decided to crack my knuckles and put some of my Autodesk Fusion YouTube training to work (I'm only about 15 videos into a 35 video course.

I did 2 test prints (only printing ¼ of it) to zero in on the battery opening. The overall size is based on a little 2 slot charger I got several years ago. I'm happy with my final print as far as the size and structure goes. 5% infill with Gyroid pattern. As you can see I was one layer off for changing my color (doh!). Oh well I'm not gifting it and I can live with the imperfections.

I manually stopped the print to change the filament color.
