Description
Easy-to-print dust shoe with a removable brush for a CNC machine Designed for a 65mm spindle (e.g. Makita or Dewalt)
Any filament can be used (PLA, ABS, PETG...)
I use 6x5mm magnets for the head piece and 6x2mm magnets for the brush part
Simply glue the magnets into the recesses with superglue
Magnets are cheaply available on TEMU or Aliexpress
I use a 70mm brush which is also cheaply available on Aliexpress
To attach the shoe, simply use an M4 screw with a nut
