19mm FingerTurn Socket (With Cable Passthru)
Print Profile(1)

Description
STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS:
Overcomplicated design and imperfectly Tolerance (Use at your own Discretion):
I recently purchased an Ikea, NYMANE lamp and Upon assembly I realized I do not have a 19mm Wrench.
Therefore I took it upon my self to over engineer a simple 19mm Socket that Has a Channel to allow the power cable to slide thru, and then using a dovetail and indexing pins to close the sidewall again and turn the bolt in place.
Ive made multiple iterations, as Im trying to create a Workflow when it comes to Problem, Ideation, Design, Print, and Test. I managed to get the bolt tighten well enough, but of course with 6mm Wall thickness and 15% infill, after changing the print orientation, for the final V7 version which got the bolt on, It Sheared at the layer line As well as the Indexing pins broke off.
Figured I would Upload it here to see if "My Problem solving" Ideation holds any semblance of logic this community of tinkerers, designers, engineers, and creatives alike. As always open to all feedback and critique.
Cheers
