Heyho
This is an easy TPU Sealing that works gr8!
Always use dry TPU and dial in the parameter for best performance!
I recommend to use as soft TPU as possible. I printed my sealings in 70A TPU (Recreus). But it is also possible to create good sealings with harder TPU's.
Always important: Make sure to test the printed sealings with some water & soap! Especially if using it with gas bottles!
You can easily customize the model here at Makerworld and use your own dimensions!
I have 2 versions online.
a) Sealing with flange
b) Sealing without flange
You can change the settings [mm]:
- Inner Diameter
- Outer Diameter
- Height
- Chamfer
- Flange (outer) Diameter
Flange Height
Then download the .3mf or .stl file and import it to my provided .3mf file for good printing settings.
Again: For best results dry the TPU and check the manufacturers guides! Test the sealing before using it!
