Topper for GSW and new Vallejo paint bottles

Cap toppers remixed from https://makerworld.com/fr/models/1121691-army-painter-and-vallejo-paint-slim-cap-topper to adapt them to

• the new Vallejo paint bottle, with the redesigned cap
• the Green Stuff World paint bottle

I printed mine with a 0.4 nozzle and adaptive layer height, to balance print time and details. These can be printed with outer brim only, to improve bed adhesion.
