Description
This is a reinforced replacement clip for the Osprey Hydraulics Hose Magnet Kit, specifically designed to fit insulated hydration hoses (up to ~15.2mm outer diameter). Ideal for winter backpacking or when running thicker tubing.
- Compatible with Osprey’s magnetic base
- Designed for insulated hydration tubes (~15mm OD)
- Holds a 12mm round magnet (light press-fit—add glue for rugged use)
- Tested in both ASA and PETG for weather resistance and long-term durability
- PLA not recommended due to lack of heat and UV resistance
If you’ve switched to an insulated hose and your stock clip won’t stay put, this is the upgrade you need. Holds firm on the trail and pops free when you need it.
