Nothing Phone 3 Bumper Case v1

This is the first full (non-prototype) version of my custom-designed bumper case for the Nothing Phone 3. Designed as a unique, 3D-printed enhancement, the case offers practical day-to-day protection while maintaining a clean, minimal aesthetic. It performs well under normal use and offers a buffer against minor bumps and mishandling. However, due to the inherent limitations of 3D-printed materials, this is not a rugged case and will not provide adequate protection against high-impact drops. That said, in typical usage scenarios, the case should hold up reliably. It adds approximately 2mm of thickness to the device—well within the norm for slim-profile protective cases.

Printing Details
This model was developed and tested on a Bambu Lab P1S using PLA filament for initial prototypes. While PLA worked sufficiently for testing, I recommend printing with ABS or PETG for improved durability and heat resistance. The included print profile reflects what I’ve found to be the most effective print orientation for a clean and functional result.
