Description

I designed this as part of my bachelor’s thesis to apply steady pressure to a microfluidic device. The goal was to create a simple and compact system that delivers near-constant force. Instead of using weights on the plunger, I built a spring-loaded mechanism that fits a standard 5 mL syringe. It clips in easily, works reliably for small volumes, and keeps the footprint minimal. Great for lab setups where you need consistent flow without complex equipment.

The spring caps are designed for a specific spring, but any that fits will work.
The bolt/nut are M6.

Printed with supports vertically.
