🌦️ Ecowitt Weather Station Pole Mount - 35mm Outdoor Mounting System

📋 Overview 4-piece clamping mount designed for Ecowitt weather stations. Engineered for secure outdoor installation on 35mm diameter poles.

🔧 Design Features:

  • 💧 Drainage hole prevents water accumulation inside the mount
  • 🔌 Cable routing hole for concealed wire management
  • 🔩 6mm diameter screw holes for mounting hardware
  • 📏 35mm pipe compatibility (custom sizes available on request)

🖨️ Print Specifications:

  • Infill: 25% Gyroid
  • Supports: None required
  • Brim: Required for angle bracket only (pre-configured)
  • Part tolerances: 0.2mm clearance between assembly pieces
  • Assembly: 4 interlocking pieces

🌡️ Material Recommendations:

  • PLA: Suitable for sheltered locations
  • ASA/ABS: Recommended for full weather exposure

📦 Included Components:

  • 4 mounting pieces that clamp around pole
  • Pre-configured print file with brim settings for angle bracket

💡 Technical Notes: The 4-piece design creates strong clamping force when assembled on pole. All parts print without supports. Assembly remains straightforward despite multiple components.

Tested for outdoor durability and long-term UV exposure when printed in appropriate materials.

I printed the holder today with Sunlu ASA on the P1S and am very satisfied! Thumbs up from me and thank you very much! For your information: The rod has a diameter of 30mm and I was able to attach the holder perfectly with M6x40 stainless steel screws and nuts.

Awesome model! Can you consider making a version for 43mm diameter?

Hello Timo, that's unbelievable! I've been looking for something like this for a while!! What you've designed is so brilliant. Unfortunately, I also need a different diameter. For me, it's 42mm. If you've already created the 43mm version, that would also work. Could you send that to me as well? Or how do I get it? I'm not very experienced in this area yet, I've only just started. Thomas

Very cool model! A variant for 48mm would be great, or is the variant for 43mm also usable with longer screws/rods? What do those who have already printed and are using the model say?
