Description
I really like my Zulu 6 HDX binoculars, but I couldn’t find a good set of lens covers that actually fit well (the OEM ones are less than good), especially something for both the front and back. So I decided to design my own!
These covers are made to fit the Zulu 6 HDX 12x42, 16x42, and 20x42 models. I wanted them to be snug enough to stay on in the field, but still easy to pop off when you need to glass something fast.
I designed them with flexible TPU in mind, so they’ve got a little stretch and grip, great for protecting your lenses from dust, scratches, and the occasional bump. The rear cover also has a little nub if you want to tether it to your strap or bino harness.
This worked out way better than I expected, so I figured I’d share the files in case anyone else out there wants to print a set.
