Description

This AA battery holder is a print-in-place design that requires no additional metal planes or springs. Simply insert the wires directly into the holder and you're done. It also perfectly fits standard 14500 battery.

You can also download the holder for other sizes (21700, 18650, 15400, AA, AAA) from below:

Changelog

2026-01-11 *** New Model and Improvement ***

- Without compromising stability, the holder's tightness has been reduced, making it easier to insert the battery.

- Added holders for 3 and 4 batteries. Eight versions are now available, supporting single to four batteries, and cable management is optional.

Great design, perfect fit. Really like the integrated spring. Printed with PETG on H2D with standard Generic profile. Well done OP.

Absolutely beautiful and elegant model. However, seems maybe just a tad tight as given for AA batteries to fit? I'm using an H2D with shrinkage compensation in the PLA print profile, and I do believe my dimensional accuracy is pretty good overall.

It need to be tight as long as you can put in the batteries. Using PETG is recommended for greater flexibility and durability
