Description
Based on the idea of "ABUS Bordo Pannier Rack Adapter for CUBE eBikes" by @selbstgedruckt (with permission, but Makerworld does not allow remixes), I present a
ABUS Bordo Pannier Rack Adapter for Racktime Pannier Racks.
Unlike the original, the model was recreated in OpenSCAD to account for different distances and tube diameters.
With this adapter, you can attach the ABUS Bordo SH6000 to a Racktime pannier rack, freeing up space for the bottle holder.
Printing Profile:
- I recommend PETG-HF due to UV & temperature resistance
Assembly:
- Melt an M5 insert nut into the lower shell
- Position the adapter at the desired location on the pannier rack
- Attach the SH6000 bracket with two M5 screws
- Tighten all screws – done!
Note:
- Regularly check the secure fit and condition of the adapter
- Replace the adapter if visible wear is present
