Description

A roll-on glue applicator which fits -

Titebond brand glue bottles in 473ml and 946ml (16oz and 32oz) sizes
Standard PET drink bottle. Just fill an empty PET bottle with glue and attach

Update 15/03/26 - Gorilla Wood Glue version added -

Gorilla brand glue bottles in 236ml and 532ml (8 oz and 18oz) sizes

Three print profiles are provided, one for each type of glue applicator.

The applicator roller and nozzle sealing cap are printed in TPU 95A but any filament could be used for this.

The threads of the roller screws should be lubricated with a dab of petroleum jelly, candle wax etc, on first use.

prints perfectly! This was a ME issue: titebond cap is way too wide for the roller that prints with it. even with screws installed, it won't stay in place. can you take a look?

The gap between the titebond cap body arms is 77mm and the width of the roller is 76.7mm (approx. depending on printer calibration). If the roller isn't long enough and doesn't even reach the screws then there's been an issue with the printing of the roller.

For Titebond brand glue bottles

Printed perfectly from the handy app. I printed it from all PLA and it works fine. I threaded it onto our glue bottles at work, which are basically ketchup bottles and it threaded on and leaked a small amount, but it was useable for me. Thanks for the file!
