19" Dual Mini-ITX shelf

This is a 19" rack shelf that can be used to mount two Mini-ITX boards. I am planning to use this with single board computers like the Milk-V Megrez, Milk-V Jupiter, Milk-V Titan, SiFive HiFive P550, Rock 5 ITX, etc. These typically have a barrel plug for power, so I do not need to mount a power supply or other components for this to be useful. Typically all I connect is serial, ethernet, and power to these. I believe there should be sufficient space for a Mini-DTX board as well.

This is printed in two parts connected with 6 M3x10mm screws and nuts. I added modifier cubes to areas being screwed in so that they have 100% fill so that they are a little more resistant to crushing. I used PETG-CF on a textured PEI plate because I enjoy suffering and found that letting it cool and using isopropyl rubbing alcohol to be helpful for removing the prints, otherwise it can be quite difficult to separate the large surface area of these prints from the plate without damaging it.

I have included the stl and scad files so you can make modifications. Ideas for modification include:

• Add cut outs for front port USB, etc.
• Make the print multiple U tall in the event you want to add PCI-E cards
• Change one side to mount other peripherals such as power, disk, etc. if you only want to mount one board.
• Add side and rear walls with cut out for an IO shield
