Official Seal Repair - Portable Storage and Protection Case

Introduction:

Our company's official seal recently broke, and the boss said that sending it to the manufacturer for remaking would cost 200 yuan and take several days. The boss was furious, anxious, and flustered. I said, "Hold on, hold on," I'll 3D print a repair for you, it'll be ready tomorrow, and you can just transfer me 150 yuan via WeChat (dog head). So, during a moment of procrastination, I opened Fusion 360, quickly designed it, sent it to my home printer, collected it in the evening, and brought it to the office the next day, along with a portable storage case for business trips. The boss was amazed, cherished it, and praised it to everyone. Even signing multi-million contracts while carrying it felt more prestigious, boosting my standing in the company by one level (fantasy moment).

Design Rationale:

1. The original casing of this type of seal is often designed as round or oval. If you're stamping many documents, temporarily setting down the seal while worrying about it rolling around is inconvenient, therefore, it's designed to be square, ensuring stability at any angle. The handle remains round for a comfortable grip.
2. The base is designed to be wider for stability and one-handed operation. The lid can be opened with a single finger, eliminating the need for two hands; the original lid is round and slippery, often leading to ink on the hands.
3. You can use the text tool in your slicing software to inscribe the orientation of the seal (and the company name, if applicable), clearly indicating the top and bottom, saving you from checking the base each time.
4. The carrying case has a recessed bottom to hold the seal, and the lid can include foam padding for cushioning and to prevent the seal from falling out. The case is impact-resistant. Requires 3 M3 screws and nuts.

Specifications: Standard, nothing special to mention. If you feel the strength is insufficient, you can add wall thickness or infill. PETG is recommended for better durability, though less durability also has its advantages (dog head).
