Tuck Box Sleeve for Playing Cards

Since playing card decks come in various sizes, you’ll need to adjust the model to fit your specific deck. A Fusion 360 file is included to make customization quick and easy.

Adjustment Tips

Measure the thickness of your card deck with a caliper and add 0.4 mm to get a good fit that’s snug but not tight.

Measure the width and add 1 mm of side clearance, so your tuck box slides in smoothly.
