Filament Guide for External Spool Holders & Dryers - Ender 3 V3 SE / KE
This is a simple filament guide designed for setups using an external filament spool holder or a filament dryer. The primary objective is to guide the filament smoothly into the extruder with minimal friction.
The design is modular (with 0.5mm clearance), allowing you to use either a 90-degree or a 45-degree angle based on your specific needs. Print and assemble.
To eliminate friction, this design uses a 6202z bearing. This size is optimal because smaller bearings can bend the filament too sharply, which increases friction.
