Enhance and protect your Tesla Model Y (Juniper edition, Giga Berlin production) with this custom-designed rear door edge protectors. These covers are precision 3D-printed in durable black TPU filament, offering both flexibility and resistance to wear. Can handle relatively stronger hits that can scratch the paint? I daily have to load/unload some accessories that already scratched my new car paint and would do further damage, so I'm looking for solutions. It's this strong enough to absorb and protect, even if eventually would have to be replaced once in a while?

This should work! You can also scale the model and print it larger to increase the area to be protected. Likewise, the use of TPU-for-AMS can have significantly higher resistance than TPU 95A. Just try it out! Good luck.

I have used some universal double sided tape (tesa double sided tape extra strong), 3M VHB or other is not required but could be also used. My cover is now mounted aprox one year without issues.
