Scale model of a Nespresso espresso machine, to add to your child's toy kitchen

I was looking for a ready-made model to expand the accessories of my son's toy kitchen, but I didn't find any, so I decided to try and make one myself. I must say that for a first draft, it didn't turn out badly at all

After printing the individual parts, it is necessary to glue the grilles to the drawer, the case to the base, and the buttons to the case

A pin approximately 1.5mm in diameter and 46mm long is needed to be used as a pivot for the pod lever

The drawer is extractable; slight sanding of the interlocking pins might be necessary to facilitate insertion and extraction from the base, depending heavily on print precision

This is a first version; I welcome any suggestions, and if necessary, I will improve the design

UPDATED FILES UPLOADED

- widened the hole for the buttons and lever, making it possible to use a piece of filament as a pin

- created recesses on the case to accommodate button protrusions

Some mounting interference, the opening needs to be filed to allow more space for the rotation of the upper handle but overall a really nice project Thank you

My 2yo son loves to mess with our nespresso coffee machine, so I printed him his own one! Assembling and glueing was a bit tricky, details fit is not perfect.

Thanks for this beautiful design I just printed it but I have questions :) What is the part cassetto.stl_B for Is it possible that the part tasti.stl is too wide to sit flush As a suggestion for improvement I would enlarge the hole for the pin so that a piece of filament can be used instead of a pin

good morning thank you for your feedback - in the print plates associated with the profiles you already find all the divided components - the drawer STL prints the thicker drawer in a single piece but supports are needed otherwise it is necessary to make a cut at 2.4 mm to divide the support print without supports and glue it later - once the drawer is printed (see yellow arrow photo) and the grids are printed (see red and green arrows photo) the objects are glued together this creates the finished component which is removable and collects the capsules and by pulling it out allows them to be retrieved - regarding the size of the buttons I have not encountered problems - regarding the hole yes I could actually perform the suggested modification at the moment if you do not have a specific pin it is possible to use a paperclip

Thanks for the tip with the paperclip - that's certainly great Unfortunately, I still don't understand what the part (red arrow) is used for By the spacing or the size of the keys, I mean what is shown in the second picture

ok now I understand the round piece is to be glued under the drawer's circular section it acts as a spacer regarding the buttons the dimension is actually correct it's just that the button file was modified from the original where I reinforced the areas near the holes with a slight protrusion and I did not create the corresponding cutouts in the cover file I also need to update this for now you could fix it by filing the cover thank you for the feedback I will update everything soon

thank you! I just finished printing it. I am not sure where the large circular flat piece (about size of a coin) goes? I cannot see it in any of your photos

Good morning, I can't verify at the moment, but they should be included in the print plates if not, they were probably removed with the latest updates this evening as soon as I have a moment I'll check and if so I'll reinsert them
