Transit Custom/Mk8 2019+ Phone Mount

He we have a mount for a Transit Mk8 Facelift (2019+) or Custom. this requires no holes or long term damage to the van and places the mount in a place that covers no other functions like vents and buttons. The model is in 2 parts for those wanting to modify the plate to suit there phone or attach another holder making this flexible. 

Included is a quadlock plate for use with any quadlock head and the position is suited for an iphone 15/16 Max edition to not foul vision or other items. 

Printing and Parts

• Printed in PETG but could use ASA, ABS or other higher temp solution. 
• The 3MF uses adaptive layering to ensure a detailed cog on the quadlock mount
• you need M4x4mm brass inserts for the Transit mount
• Use caphead bolts M4x10mm to mount your plate. (adjust length if you customise the plate)
• You need a M5x6mm brass insert on the quadlock mount and the existing bolt of the quadlock to complete this holder.
• The Mount should be printed in orientation as show in the 3MF for strength. (on its side)

To fit the transit mount slide it on from the far right of the dash and tuck under the right side of the back lip under the top dash moulding then slide it slowly to the left till tight. this should automatically lift the moulding as it goes and then tighten in place. 

In theory this can be printer in mirror and fitted on the other side for a passenger or LHD versions.
