šŸ› ļø DIY 2.1 Mini Speaker Project – Hobby Build

This is my personal hobby project: a DIY 2.1 mini speaker system consisting of two full-range drivers and one subwoofer. The project combines 3D-printed components with salvaged and off-the-shelf parts to create a compact, powerful speaker.

Below is a complete list of components used to assemble the speaker along with the 3D printed parts:

  • 1x LiPo battery – 2S 7.4V 2800mAh 25C

  • 1x USB 2S balance charger

  • 20x M3x4x4 heat-set threaded inserts (plastic)
  • 16x M3x5x3 heat-set threaded inserts (plastic)
  • 20x M3x8mm tapping screws
  • 16x M3x6mm machine screws
  • 1x PU leather carrying handle
  • 1x ecang sheet
  • 1x PU leather sheet (for exterior decoration)
  • EVA foam and T7000 glue (used for internal vibration/sound dampening and sealing edges)
  • 1x 8mm push-button switch
  • 1x ON/OFF rocker switch (for battery charging control)
  • 1x USB-C charging port
