Description
This is my version of an American Eagle Garden Spinner.
No hardware required for assembly of the Eagle, just a little bit of glue. You will also need a ¾" dowel or rod of sorts for display.
Assembly is pretty straight forward once the parts are all printed. For the bottom piece that will allow the model to sit on the rod of your choice, you can either glue it within the body of the eagle or glue around it allowing it to spin as well acting like a weathervane of sorts.
There are several modifiers within the model to add strength to all of the potential week points. The pins that hold the wings within the spinner pieces are very small as well so be careful not to lose them. 😉
After printing, the bearing pieces will need to be broke free and once done they will spin freely fairly smoothly. I added a few drops of oil on mine and they really get going with a strong wind.
If you have issues or questions about assembly at all, please reach out.
