I have made a number of print profiles for PLA, PETG, and a heavy duty PETG. Select the proper one accordingly for your use case. Give the Turret_Head an orange tip if your laws require it. It would be wise to do this especially if the print is at all on display in a public area for whatever reason.
Disclaimer: These magnets are NOT strong enough to hold the printed minigun under dynamics or high wind. DO NOT operate your vehicle with this mounted on your vehicle. This is for display ONLY. It is the responsibility of the printer to know the laws in his/her area. Use common sense with this print. I as the designer am in no way responsible for how this used or for any damage that may come to vehicles or persons because of it.
UPDATE - 7/18/25:
- Due to the overwhelming response, I have published a PLA and PETG print profile of a modified Magnetic_Arm. Rather than housing only 3 bar magents, these HEAVYDUTY arms house 6 magnets. Do with this information as you please.
