🥏 AeroFlex – A High-Performance TPU Flying Disc
The AeroFlex blends the best of both worlds: the stability of a full-body frisbee and the sleek flight of a ring. Its internal aerodynamic struts improve lift and control, while the flexible body keeps it tough and crash-resistant. It also features an aerodynamic airfoil outer ring.

🧵 Flexible but Firm
Designed to be printed in TPU, it’s flexible enough to absorb impacts but still stiff enough to fly long and straight. Great for casual throws.

I printed in Overture TPU Luminous Green and it came out amazing. Played with it all night with my kids one night and then took it to the beach the next day. No one could believe that I just printed this thing. Flies far and it's a lot of fun to catch. Easily as good as any flying rings I've bought in stores or better. kudos
