This a tube holder for front chain of the Hase Bike Pino Tandem . The original part is made of a rubbery plastic that tend to brake easily. 
I always travel with a couple of these spare tube holders in my tool bag.

I printed the tube holders in TPU for good layer adhesion and durability, including at  the weak point .
