Vocera V5000 badge holder. I created this because the V5000 clips are notoriously easy to break, and to replace them, the minimum I found is $27 for 5 of them. Outrageous! Therefore, I went out of my way to create this for my hospital, and revised it many times to get it how I wanted it.

It has cutouts made to fit the V5000, including for the emergency button, volume buttons, and bottom USB-C. There are two model options: one with a battery cutout on the back so that you can keep the vocera in the holder at all times, or one with just hexagonal cutouts to save filament and allow the vocera to “breathe”. Currently, the battery cutout model only takes about 17g of material, and the hexagonal model only takes about 23g! There are minimal supports to ensure that the pieces on top do not string out. Printed in Bambu PLA Basic, but would recommend PETG for more durability and UV resistance. Note that the clips pictured will have to be purchased separately. I just searched “badge clips” on Amazon and found a 100 pack for $9.99. Highly recommend!

All feedback is welcome! I will be iterating on the models as more feedback comes in, and as I get more time with the vocera to measure and ensure that all cutouts are accurate.

I allow commercial use of this product! Feel free to sell to hospitals, clinics, etc. If you have any questions, please let me know!

This model is available in a medical collection! See it here!

No, thank you! Printed for my daughter who works at a hospital and these are a huge help. Their standard clips are atrocious apparently and falling apart.

Absolutely! They're also expensive - like five dollars per clip from the manufacturer
